Dash Claims will receive a recommendation fee from your legal representative.
While we do not charge for our recommendation services, the chosen legal representative will deduct a fee from the personal injury compensation recovered.

Driving School Accident Management Services
When Dash Claims was founded, we aimed to offer effective Accident Management solutions to Driving Instructors and Driving schools.
Did you know - we own and manage a Scottish driving school. That suffered massively in 2020 and 2021 due to two non-fault accidents.
In January 2020, one of our drivers in one of our driving school vehicles was involved in a rear end shunt. The Accident Management company appointed by our insurers promised a replacement Dual Control vehicle - that never appeared. Eventually, after 19 days of not earning due to this, we gave up, and hired a car by ourselves.
The damaged crashed car had been taken to be repaired by one of their approved repairers. But four weeks later, the repair had still not been started.
We were given every excuse imaginable from parts being delayed, to staff illness and equipment failure: the list goes on. In total, excluding four months when our car wasn’t being worked on during the pandemic lockdown, a simple repair on our car took 85 days.
In 2021, the same issue happened again, after a simple non-fault claim. No dual-control hire car was provided; which meant we had to source our own, then claim back the expenses. But why? The insurer underwrites driving school insurance policies; So surely, they want to provide a satisfactory Accident Management service when their clients have accidents?
In 2021 we collaborated with an Accident Management company and built what was the beginning of Dash Claims. We spent two years researching, building, and testing how we could make an effective accident management solution to help Driving Instructors receive a better level of service than we had experienced.

Replacement vehicle network
Dash Claims has access to over three hundred dual-controlled hire vehicles throughout the UK. Provided fully insured for both PDI’s and ADI’s for hire & reward driving lessons and the UK driving test.
Driving instructors do not earn if you do not have a safe, reliable, and effective vehicle. Dash Claims understands the importance of this because we are part of your industry.
Repair Network
