I was involved in an accident almost 2 years ago. I knew I hadn’t been in the wrong. At the time I contacted my insurance company who said it was definitely a 50-50 blame accident, and it would affect my no claims bonus. Told them not to bother.
Drove around for almost 2 years with damage on my car as it was going to cost thousands to fix.
Saw the one of the Dash Claims adverts on Facebook and thought I would give it a go.
Spoke to Sandy & Doogie who carried out an investigation and it turned out that liability had already been admitted by the other driver.

I was involved in a Non-Fault Accident in October, I originally contacted my own insurance company and they told me I was better off claiming my own policy as a 50-50 claim.
A friend told me about Dash Claims and I thought I would give it a go. As I knew I wasn’t at fault.
Spoke to Sandy and he did a quick check. Turned out the guy who ran into me was insured by the same insurance company I was insured by.
That’s why they wanted to go 50-50, save themselves money.
Sandy got me into a replacement car the next day and arranged a solicitor to fight my case. This solicitor is also fighting my Injury claim and the I get to keep 100% of my award.
I will never phone my Insurance company after an accident again. Dash Claims will always be my first call.
